Complaints and Concerns

We always aim to give you the best standard of care possible. If at any time you have any concerns about the treatment you have received or any other aspect of the services we provide, please contact us as soon as possible and ask to speak to our practice manager, Rose Horsell (Rose is usually available Monday-Thursday). We also welcome any feedback that helps us to improve our services to you.

We will always.

  • Listen to your concerns.
  • Act on them promptly.
  • Treat them in a caring and professional manner.
  • Share lessons learned with the whole practice team.
  • Treat you in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Thank you for making us aware of your concerns.

We will never.

  • Ignore your concerns.
  • Stop you coming to the practice because you have raised any concerns.

In the unlikely event of your concerns not being resolved to your satisfaction, you can obtain help from The Health Ombudsman (NHS treatment) and the Dental Complaints Service (Private Treatment).
